The flexible schedule and specialized pay means being able to work around class and at a more specialized rate compared to a part-time job just about anywhere else.

Sometimes communication and other info can get a little bit lost due to the primarily digital platform, but it's worth the cost for flexibility.

They are very messy and unprofessional, often leaving communication last minute. It's clear none of the Kodely staff have never directly interact with kids themselves so they develop and create policy that make them look good in front of parents and schools, taking credit for when instructors interact well with students and placing blame on individual instructors when things go awry. That said, the syllabus and teaching style is developed by Kodely and instructors are simply told to follow it.
