Overworked. 50 residents to yourself at night and they are aggressive and mean. I was hit, kicked, bitten, scratched and had BM thrown on me and the only thing mangment asked is what I did to them. Bruised ribs. Racist mangment, only liked to have set schedule for the ones they liked otherwise they tell you they will schedule when they want and if you don't like it you can leave. They leave residents coverd in BM but mangment said unless they are left 8 hours than it's not neglect and to deal with it( shocker it was of the favorite employee) I was retaliated against when making reports. They caused panic attacks
