Upper management does not care about their employees. They say..”If you don’t like it, there’s the door.” They don’t hang on to good employees either. The residents don’t get what they pay for! They won’t pay good money to get servers to stick around. The employees and the residents are the best part of this place. The executive director is the main problem.
