Occasionally free booze. That's about it

Horrible vacation time, benefits, quality of life. You are expected to do some sort of work 7 days a week. You are asked to push new products no one wants. Actual quote from a director in a company meeting " if you are not lying, you are not trying." Doesn't care about the customers, just what the customer is wiling to do for them. Management is clueless and doesn't communicate except to put you down. I could go on, but hopefully this paints a picture.

Privately owned company. Freedom to make yourself an entrepreneur. Very competitive pay for the area. Fulfilling work when you get into the swing of it.

Svantaggi

Severe lack of communication. Severe penalties for out of date product. Lacks a feeling of upward momentum. This line of work can really bring you down occasionally. When it’s good it’s great, but when it’s bad it’s awful.
