The management is rude. They yell at employees for ignorant reasons in front of customers and other employees humiliating and embarrassing them. They’re not supposed to do that. They’re supposed to pull them aside. The training is only 5 minutes or less of watching another employee ring customers up. They tell employees last minute that their shift has changed when they arrive at the time they’re supposed to work. They place employees in departments where they’re not trained in. Management push credit card sales which sucks the fun out of working there. If employees didn’t get any credits, then they’re insulted by management.
