Computers were constantly out of order because they are outdated. Some employees might leave a mess after their shift. You are going to work some weekends. Misunderstandings with customers can be annoying, but not awful. Standing for a long time. You won’t get a lot of hours if you don’t get people to sign up for Kohl’s credit. You won’t stay long with bad or low performance. EXTREMELY STRICT on coupons and discounts for employees. DO NOT TRY GETTING AROUND IT. Loss Prevention will know, they always know. Changing Schedule every week. Certain holidays you will be assigned hours that disregard your availability sheet.
