They are generally good about scheduling you within your time availibility, but then again, that should be common sense.

expect way too much from employees scheduled for 4 hour shifts. Never enough sales people on the floor. Sometimes 1 person will be covering 2 or 3 departments. Absolutely not incentives to perform better, no positive feedback from managers. Vacation time must be approved by management, and it rarely is around holidays when an associate would LIKE to take their vacation time. It is almost impossible to complete your department's recovery as you are constantly being called up to the registers or phone calls or other departments.
