•low regard to safety. •broken or not functional equipment. •poor attempt at maintaining or improving staff moral. •sense of urgency superseded safety. •lack of management hierarchy. •communication between salesmen/credit/drivers/managers is virtually nonexistent. •absurd need to call back into work after calling out. •management has very poor sense of integrity. •spiteful/unnecessary disciplinary sit downs. Ex: if you punch in 1min late, if you forget to punch out. There are more cons I’m sure but I think this list is enough.
