Achieved a huge amount in a short period of time. People really care and are very nice. The flexibility of most managers allows employees to have a good balance with their personal life, although a lot of people work from home or on the road quite a bit.

Inconsistency in following rules or procedures. There are times that management doesn't communicate goals or strategy and employees have to rely on hearsay, which is usually wrong.
