      I was fortunate enough to work with some incredibly talented people and definitely learned quite a bit. You have the ability to move up quickly, which definitely helps on the resume.

      The lack of respect given to employees is something I've never seen (and never hope to see) at any other company. The average employee tenure is less than a year, which isn't surprising considering the God awful upper management. The KPIs are absolutely ridiculous and management does not give adequate feedback or support, so oftentimes you feel that you're sinking. Additionally, the pay is hardly close to adequate, especially considering the cost of living in Los Angeles-I had to fight to get $41 K as an account executive.

The junior team is collaborative and supportive and there are opportunities to work across a variety of brands and industries, making it a great place to build experience and sharpen different PR skills.
