Konstruct has been nothing but a great place to work. They're really focused on company culture, ensuring everyone always has something to look forward to--whether it's a team-building event, holiday party, or weekly catered lunch. When a company grows as rapidly as Konstruct has, it can be easy for founders and higher-ups to lose touch with people lower down. That hasn't happened at all at Konstruct. Everyone is completely accessible and willing to help (or play foosball), no matter who's asking. It also feels like there's room to grow. Everyone is completely aware of their path to a higher position, if that's what they want. Also, the benefits go crazy.

Employee expectations can be quite high. When I started, there was a steep learning curve, and some days, it's still hard! Konstruct strives to be the best and they expect the same from their employees.
