- Boss and higher management likes to set unrealistic targets. - Often promised us on how the bright future of this company will be heading but that obviously did not happen. - Been telling us many times that company will introduce 13month bonus and personal KPI bonus but that a lie as well. - Used to be fun working here until boss lose sight on and the direction. - Treat you like experiment, once the company no longer deems you "his so called essential", he will by all means try to get rid of you. - Often at times, boss will tell you that you are hired as a professional, you should take initiative and he is open to discussion as we are the professionals in our field. But the honest fact is there is actually no room for discussion because the Boss thinks he is better than you in every way which is not even true and then proceed to tells you his mediocre experience in how things should be done when it's not even the industrial practice. - Quality of the content produced have been dropping drastically because he prefers quantity over quality. Don't try to fool your viewer just because they are kids. I am sure the parents will eventually notice quality have been dropping drastically overtime.
