      I was around when the company wasn't doing so well. But since then things have gotten so much better. All departments seem to be aligned with project goals and do their best with whatever capacity they have. There's so much more teamwork and transparency within the company now compared to last time.

      - you get your salary within 7 days from end of salary period, in line with MOM regulation - general lackadaisical culture, ideal for people who just wants a salary. - no discipline needed, just show up (whenever, sometimes maybe?)

      - irresponsible employer (aka CEO) who subjects his employees to dismal, unsafe working environment (read: poor hygiene standards, non-functioning aircon, non-existence sound proofing in meeting rooms, unsafe building lift) - irresponsible employer (aka CEO) who disregards employees' progression and growth. big AI visions, big speeches, little practical steps to move workforce in the direction. - irresponsible employer (aka CEO) showing obvious favouritism for engineering team, while outright belittling support functions (CS, Finance, HR)
