Management uses micromanaging techniques. No discernible organization or command structure. Management often did not allow employees to do the jobs they were hired to do. Management appeared inflexible and did not seem to respond well to questions, concerns or criticism on apparent production issues. Management changed the terms of hiring between verbal and written offers. Higher pay was agreed upon in verbal offer but minimum wage pay was substituted on written offer for first 3 months. This was not disclosed in verbal agreements, nor was ultimate pay rate agreed upon in verbal agreement honored in writing. Staff in America tended to spend most of their time managing the Management's staff in the Philippines rather than getting to use job skills. Expectations and responsibilities of position hired for not clearly defined or obvious. Method of task management appeared to be highly disorganized . Insufficient job training was given by Management to entirely understand their workflow. Staff was asked to provide own computers or borrow from a friend to do company work. Some of the Staff in the Philippines do not demonstrate professional ability to communicate or ability to take constructive critique. The demonstrated opposition to critique and taking constructive direction proved some of the Philippines staff to be very difficult to work with.
