Definitely an entry level job that gets you into cold calling/emailing.

Svantaggi

The "training program" is you running your brokers dispatch service. With that you can assume there is no sales training. This goes on for 7 months, usually more, until they can find a replacement "trainee". After that, you are put into a place to jump into sales without any real knowledge on who or what you are selling. So the biggest con is you get no real sales training, just have to shoot darts in the dark until you hit the board.

I’ve had the best experience in this role and truly enjoy the work I do. My team and Koola is supportive, collaborative and always willing to help each other succeed.
