Working for Koozai has been a pleasure, making marked improvements to clients website performance and appearance online. The team is knowledgeable and supportive, encouraging learning and working to get the best results. There is a good balance of work and scheduling is reasonable, giving time to learn and improve while working on a monthly basis for most clients. Clients cover a wide range of industries and the knowledge is there across the team to help niche sites, ecommerce and other sectors. Retention of clients is the best I've seen in agency life - having worked at 4 other marketing agencies. Staff retention is also good, with some even returning after trying different things! The MD is honest and approachable, letting everyone do what they need to, whilst pushing for employees to use their expertise to get the best out of the team and client work.

Usual agency cons, such as monthly turn-around for work, client updates and everyones favourite time tracking.
