Constantly overworked and under appreciated. Underpaid for the duties performed . Poor communication. No call no shows and forced to work double shifts. Management treats you poorly. no incentives No room for career growth. Made to train new Manager. Extreme high turnover Always

The only pro to this company is they pay; but at what cost?

Phony environment & they do not want their employees to have a mind of their own. No one can be trusted, everyone talks poorly about everyone to each other, even upper management. There is no room to grow. They make you feel like they are all about their employees in the beginning but really don't give two craps about you. There are way better companies out there! Also, your benefits do not start until 3 months after your first day. God forbid you need healthcare within that time.
