Think of everything negative you can about an employer and you'll have Futurestep. Disorganized, favoritism, 0 development, no raises, horrible work life, rude senior managers, huge turnover. Just stay away from this place unless you are desperate.

Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
