      The people I worked with were nice, friendly, and helpful and it was good to have a paycheck,

      The management used intimidation as motivation. Team leads used public embarrassment as a training tool. There were no raises or bonuses.

      Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

      No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
