If you're afraid of rapid change and growth don't come here. You will be challenged everyday to come up with new solutions and will be pushed outside of your comfort zone. However, some people thrive in fast paced work environments.

This post is only about the pay structure in the shop at Kovach, this will talk nothing about culture or the company as a whole. To start there is zero pay structure in the shop. Reviews are never on time, if you were supposed to get a review for your first 3 months it may happen at the 6 month mark or later, for employees that have been with the company for years you may go 2 years without a review or raise or even up to 4 years without one. This is not a good thing and creates frustration with any employee going through this. From experience you can never count on getting a pay raise or review and there seems to be no accountability on management to make this a priority. If you want a review or raise you have to ask, if you do not ask they will not give you one.
