Bad onboarding process. They trough you in the water without giving any introduction to the code, no documentation at all, and expectations of high performance is immediate. Very unorganized management. The owner is egocentric. The working atmosphere is very tense. People are afraid to utter an a sound (probably because of immediate layoff). Similar to a factory where everyone behaves like quiet slaves. Every step you do is judged by management. I would not suggest working there at all even for good paycheck if your psychological health is important for you.
