To clarify, we became owners of Kramer's in November 2017. Since that time, we've been actively working to enhance the employee experience, and have a series of initiatives planned to rejuvenate the space. Many of these changes are in the process of being implemented. The most recent example is the creation of our Culture & Experiences department, focused on continuing to develop an environment where all of our employees can thrive. Onboarding and training are things we are highly focused on, as well as ensuring an environment of consistent communication . You are welcome to reach out at any time with any feedback or concerns.
