they are just playing with their employees career ..no one knows where the company is heading to..they just want investment so that they can burn their investors money..no vision to make company profitable..and when they don't get desired funding, they will layoff their employees who has worked hard for them..rather than laying off employees the management should take pay cut because it is part of their kra to bring investment into the company
