Every week I was excited to see what new challenge awaited me. Sometimes it wasn't so bad, and then some weeks it was overwhelming, but I did the best job I could, and everything usually turned out ok. It was a position that made me feel important, like I had a purpose.

The biggest was when the workload was too much for one person, and getting some help was not always an option. The biggest con was having to give up the position.
