So many practitioners are on edge and many are looking for work elsewhere. * More keen on hiring an external consultant firm to tell them what to do than listen to their own people, who actually know the company. * Too much drama in between digital services and the IT side of the firm, with too many Managing Directors in Digital Services collecting checks than actual work getting done. * 0 long-term, meaningful projects. Leaders just want quick wins every quarter months. The CTO of digital services is a great example.
