In the 2.5 years I've been here, I've never had an appraisal meeting worst even no career path guidance. Reporting to a junior who had no management skills or vision and with a team who was scared to innovate was appalling. Due to bad management, the IFS team is going to be outsourced - "lock stock and barrel"
