Decent product and a good potential market

Management has no idea how to scale a business. They lied about the status of the business and the market during the interview process. Half of the sales team was told they would be closing "multi-million euro" contracts and there was nothing for them to work on. Sales reps got yelled at for sourcing new deals (2 weeks after starting) and then needed to ask permission from management to work on those deals. Ridiculous quotas without a proper market evaluation. Micromanagement to the point of harassment. Ignorant, sexist, and homophobic comments being passed as "just joking". HR doing nothing as they think it's funny.
