Where do I even begin?
There's been a mass exodus from this company: I have lost 60% of my colleagues and almost every familiar face since the respected former management team was forced out.
The most critical issue is that the FCA has essentially shut Kuflink down, placing a prohibition on new lending and borrowing. You can verify this yourself by looking up the official warnings on the FCA register. The reason for this drastic action is shocking: the FCA uncovered that the company's biggest shareholders, who have subsequently appointed themselves and their wives as the new directors, were channeling investors' money directly to themselves.
As you can imagine, trust with the investor community has been shattered.
I am deeply troubled by the pressure from my management to mislead and gaslight investors who are being so clearly mistreated.
The amendments to the T&Cs last year were disgraceful, and Kuflink's unethical conduct has directly led to substantial monetary losses for many of its investors!
