      Thank you for your feedback on glassdoor! As an current employee owner, your input is greatly appreciated. Kurt has been in business since 1946 and has provided career opportunities and advancement for many generations. Kurt's employees are our most valuable asset, so competitive pay and benefits are job #1! At this time, Kurt does not offer a 401K match, however, we help employees save for retirement in other ways. Kurt matches employee Health Savings Accounts (HSA) contributions and contributes annually to individual employee stock ownership plan accounts. ESOP account contributions provide a retirement benefit and ownership of the company, but require no contribution from employees.

      Everybody works together, and management works with employees. We receive training for our jobs, and there are promotion opportunities. The company treats you like family. Esop company.

      It was a decent job. Wasn't great It was better than some jobs I had at the time

      Pay structure still lives in the '80s benefits. Still live in the '80s and they expect you to do lots of work. Pay you very little and treat you like it. You're a child but try to act like it's family. In other words, they're going to not pay you what you're worth Making custodians build boxes when the managers are perfectly capable of doing this or they could get someone else to do this that are skilled at this, especially since we're not even getting paid for that job when the people who that being the managers are getting extra money for building boxes but having us build it. That's BS and are being used as in indentured servitude
