I just completed a year and no doubt it's been a fair journey to walk. Talking about the pros: 1) Work from home flexibility: Company really pays attention to not wasting a lot of time travelling. Also, in case of a remote talent, Kvantum offers the flexibility of virtual work. It really works amazing for Kvantum 2) Company plays it fair by giving you the responsibility of your own job. Individual can always plan their leaves in such cases. 3) You learn and grow: Its little agile here. You are given a pool of things to work on which you would not have heard earlier but the good part is you can learn and work on it. Also, the leadership is very welcoming to help you. 4) And yes we do party and celebrate our success stories too :)

Not a much of it but since the team is small, the work load is a lot at times but do not miss the opportunity if you get one.
