Good service-oriented work ethic, not just for customers but within. Cares about employee growth.

Wish PTO cap was higher

Starting pay rate is ok but takes forever to get hired into company. They are good about working with you in case of emergencies or time off.

Special treatment/very clicky; if you don't already know someone within the company you will not be treated equally. Rules do not apply to everyone. Managers seem to pass the buck and avoid helping certain employees and help who they want. Getting hired from temp to company takes forever and is almost not worth it for the sad 50 cent raise. Very gossipy, can't trust anyone if you want your stuff kept private.
