There are many opportunities to learn and grow if you chooses to. Many people are very friendly (but you need to be friendly first) and is open to share what they know. If you ask, most will gladly to "onboard" you on what they do and teach it to you. That goes to say, only if you can handle your own work to start being curious about other's work which will enable you to gain more experience. As for promotion and growth. There are many opportunities but you need to put in the time and hard work. It doesn't come just because you have worked there for years. As a matter of fact, if you plan to grow with the company and move up, you must have a positive attitude with a super curiosity to learn, manage your own workload and to be able to inspire.

There are many "senior/seasoned" people that thinks they own the place. Their attitude could be checked for a better working relationship. Some things they are entitle to promotion or respect just because they have been there for a long time. Nevertheless, if you can get over those working relationship, the experience can be very fruitful.
