Lenient if you are in need of time off, and many coworkers are often willing to pick up shifts to help out with this. Fast paced environment with little down time which is great if you are interested in working for the sake of working.

Svantaggi

The leniency with time off comes at the price of being called in last minute when a coworker calls out or needs time off. Team members are expected to compensate with their own work for those who do not put in effort. Management can also be quite questionable and even harmful with the amount of pressure they place on new hires in training to appease guests out of self-preservation.

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
