If you don't genuinely share these values, it will be hard to grow in the company. -Stronger sales skills: The company has a different measurement of your sales ability and productivity and requires you to actually try. Not everyone will come in with great sales skills but if you work enough, you will leave with the thickest skin and above average sales skills. -Non-competitive work environment and little to no conflicts within teams. -Flexible schedules and really respects your work/life balance. It could just be my location and team but all the cons are worth overlooking because how genuinely happy I am to go to work everyday!
