Thank you for your comments and rating. The short-term aspect of students' stay is largely out of our hands, especially for young learners. It is regretful that temporary staff are on zero-hours contracts but I can assure you that this is unavoidable, given the rate at which students can either join or cancel courses. It is a very important aspect of recruitment to re-recruit staff from previous years. Indeed, we have a pretty good percentage of returning staff throughout the company, with some either joining permanently or providing other useful input.
