      Like a previous former employee wrote LANI is a small company but we are growing as a company. We have an amazing staff and we all work as a TEAM! We do not have DRAMA in the workplace and everyone is always so positive. Our CEO helps you from day one and she is open to any questions. I have never worked for a company where the CEO has everything ready for you on your first day of work. In 2017 we are building a Team that want to succeed and think outside the box.

      LANI needs to act quicker in removing those who are not working hard, bring drama or not producing. Having these employees employed by LANI does not help the company grow!

      This position only lasted a few months and then was terminated because my recruiter lied to the employer and told them that I was fully bilingual. Once it turned out that I wasn't, I was let go. When LANI let me go, I was first told that the termination was for an entirely different reason. When I spoke to the employer directly and found out the actual reason for my termination I confronted the management at LANI and was repremanded for going behind their back. I was no longer allowed to speak to my recruiter, and I was told that the company would no longer be working with me.
