There is no training at all for new employees on how to use their technology when coming from outside firms. The focus of the audit work is all about how efficient you can be, without a strong emphasis on the quality. The culture is absolutely terrible, especially if you didn’t start at the firm as staff. There is constant pressure from managers, without a lot of training or guidance. Your whole experience can be based on your pod, which is very unfortunate if you end up with a bad one. Lastly, they've been known to push people out without giving them training or real opportunities to improve.
