I have no cons, the company continues to improve processes

I can honestly say there were 0 Pros working with LCG!!!

This place will use you at the company expense with no regard of your personal life. They called me nonstop while out of office at a funeral and expected me to clock in and work. Once they get everything they can squeeze out of you they throw you to the wayside. LCG knows no personal boundaries even when you set an expectation, there is little to no communication. LCG will demote you even if you have exceeded the expectations, put in crazy hours and sacrifice it all for the better of the company. They do not value their employees and ARE QUICK TO LET YOU GO OR DEMOTE YOU at the drop of a dime. This company has left an everlasting effect, depression, stress and financial struggle. The worst is an understatement...... PLEASE BE AWARE OF LCG....... Horrible Horrible place and HR team is down right rude and condescending.. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!
