      Great portfolio to work with and decent pay.

      Poor management. The company has fallen off over the last several years. Direct manager would talk bad about everyone behind their back and wonder why the morale was low. Zero room for advancement.

      I believe LDF Companies is the best alcohol/non alcohol distributor to work for in the state of KS/ Wichita Metro. The company as a whole is growing and has one the best portfolio of brands to offer. The pay is fair and the work is fair. Pros: - Pay - Culture - Benefits
