      -It's very easy to get away with doing minimal work, resulting in a negligent environment, especially at home sessions. -Management has difficulty clarifying shifts and staffing changes to clients and staff -Huge miscommunication issues, resulting in some clients not getting the treatment they need.

Our scheduling team works hard to support staff in their desired hours while also serving the needs of the families. We are committed to excellent service from our staff and to the families we serve. We also encourage all staff to bring any concerns to their supervisor so they can be addressed.

      Working at the school has set hours and days, lots of the people you work with are wonderful, the kids are fantastic, the work you do is so much fun if you enjoy working in this field, it is a very fulfilling job, you know you're making a difference in these children's lives
