The best thing for working at LEDtronics is that they value a quality product and as a salesman it is easy to stand behind the products we manufacturer in the USA. I like the people that have dedicated themselves to growing this company. I think they have the right attitude about synergy and a team attitude that is uplifting. Team building seems to happen weekly, and potlucks and birthday parties are all celebrated,which is refreshing to take part in.

Some challenges would have to be the product training, industry background and lighting history that made LEDtronics the first in the industry. With over 12,000 parts there is no madter price list that is regularly updated and no timeline calendar of EOL products and their replacements. Salesmen are left having to get economic build quantities of made to order parts and that can take time. In sales they need to embrace new technology to increase productivity and ultimately increase sales and marketing needs a boost in creating white papers and case studies and pres releases.
