No cons it's good overall

Constantly decent money Crowd is usually fun Rarely have to serve kids Kitchen and food quality are very high

Poor people management Long shifts No breaks Expected to be moving all shift Sections and schedules are based on seniority High tip out Bar backs and busters paid the same rate as servers Expected to study and take training tests off the clock
