Lack of Leadership, thinking on a month by month basis, short term approach, revenue and profit in decline and it's paint by numbers solutions, sales team not driving revenue, way too internally focused, talent of the organisation is disengaged and under utilised, role and responsibilities are not well articulated and performance is not well managed, vastly too London centric, I had great hope when I saw the values unveiled, there are some great people in the business, we need to revisit our values and challenge some damaging behaviours to be a success, it can be who you know rather than a true meritocracy
