The company trained us for 4 days and put us on the phones on day 5. After 2 weeks we went into a training to "clarify" some mistakes everyone was making given the brief training that never went over these things. The trainers emphasized that we were not to be aggressive in trying to get the candidates to start services, this is a lie. They want you to "pivot" the conversation away from people not wanting the service and talk them into saying they will enroll. I received additional training on pivots but with the lack of people answering the phone it's hard to stay consistent with the pivots you were taught, and they don't give you much time to learn. They also will terminate you with no warning, no write ups, nothing. They just disable your login, and you find out that way. There is also no sense of community within the company and anytime you ask for help you 8 times out of 10 get no answer. I thought being hired through the company would give me a chance to stay and learn with the company, but they have no faith, loyalty, or pride in their employees. I was fired in less than 2 months. I improved with the percentage that I was enrolling those who wanted the service but not with persuading people to enroll that didn't want the service, so I wasn't good enough to stay. No job placement services for your own employees either. I should also add that you run out of work a lot so you don't actually work your full 30 hours. You're told to clock out once the work is finished.
