If you are senior in the position, there is minimal support for learning their reporting processes and the hands-on aspects of the job. Additionally, there is limited autonomy in managing your clients, and the absence of a strong support system from leadership negatively impacts career growth and development. The management style is toxic, creating a difficult work environment, and the product is clearly decadent and not evolving, making it challenging to drive meaningful results.
