The product is a good one but there isn’t a market for it.

The president is an engineer with no sales experience and he has no idea what he’s doing. He makes false promises and is very wishy washy. The North American division is being run into the ground because the president and a few of the employees he keeps close to his side. They want you to work like a dog and don’t have a personal life. Don’t get me started on the micromanaging with the daily report calls and weekly reports.

Its a really cool device, decent technology.

They have no idea how or who to market this to. They hire fly by night key opinion leaders who promote only self serving ideas. Micromanagement is a understatement. US-CEO is not a leader. His experience is reading multiple books on how to lead or sell but has no idea on how to properly execute a marketing and sales strategy. The area I took over had 5 reps in less than a 3 year period. Turnover is insane, people get fired with no warning, without cause, and often after the start a new account.
