The company never had lay offs. Always had work to keep you busy.

Bosses are always riding employees, making them work long hours and never giving promotions or raises. After you train a new hire the person they would get tired and quit. In the location I was in the boss was useless never did any work and would take credit for others ideas. there were a few who worked their butts off while others who kissed butt did nothing and were rude to customers. the boss would promise promotions or bonus but would never deliver. the boss would keep all the bonus to himself. them we had bosses who would yell and delegate from the other side of the country. they would try to police us via email. they would hire and fire over the phone. But they never knew what was going on. They were book smart but had no clue how the business was run.

Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
