Most of the "pros" are gone now. Old Keystone employees (that are still there) continue to provide great customer service. The new paint line helps because LKQ doesn't manufacture the paint products.

Vendors have been changed from providing quality products (equal to OEM with lifetime warranty) to vendors that can provide the cheapest product and supply the demand necessary.

Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
