not a lot of opportunities for growth

The coworkers were always a joy to work with, we lifted each other up in hard times.

Management were the perpetrators of the hard times. Ruthless, attempted to intimidate me, and have made multiple people quit. No career opportunities, absolutely abysmal pay rates, and no appreciation apart from the stereotypical “pizza party” that would only happen if they sold enough scrap metal. Also, they are nicknamed “Last Minute Gear,” who on earth wants to work for a company with that reputation?
