LMH Health sure tries hard to make it look like a great place to work. They have fun little events, involvement in the community, and incentives and opportunities for the employees. The benefits are decent. Payroll deduction as an option to pay for pharmacy items and medical bills as well as cafeteria meals and gift shop good is a nice thing. You honestly just have to find the right department for you with employees that you mesh with.

There has often been frustration between clinical employees and managers/directors for various reasons but often because they don’t feel management understands their role completely and either doesn’t help to their full capacity or pushes too hard with frequent critical reviews.
